New You Food Founder
Tatiana believes that everyone deserves to live a remarkable life, looking young and sexy, eating cleaner, feeling better with lots of energy–and that it all starts with the food we eat. As a Certified Health Coach, she spends her life studying how to help others create optimal health through food. She is currently focused on completing her Masters’ Degree in Science in Health Coaching with a concentration in Applied Nutrition.
My Philosophy
Food itself expresses my philosophy. When I hold a vegetable or a piece of fruit, I feel its energy–the sun, wind, and rain that brought it to life. This is what brings taste into the dishes and gives me a passion for cooking and love that I contribute to each dish.
